BEEF
$4.00/pound hanging weight plus processing fees for grass fed and grain finished beef. 100% grass fed beef is also available in limited quantities for $4.50/lb hanging weight. Beef is sold by a quarter, half, or full beef. A full beef hanging weight will average approximately 800 pounds. Accepting orders for Spring 2026.
CHICKENS:
Chickens are antibiotics and hormone free.
Pricing for chicken is $5.00/pound and most average 5-6 pounds. They are shrink wrapped to maintain freshness. Chickens are ready three times a year. Accepting orders for: spring 2026.
HOGS
Hogs are raised outdoors and are antibiotics and hormone free. Pricing for hogs is $4.00/lb hanging weight plus your processing fees. Most hogs average 210pounds hanging weight. Hogs are sold as a half or as a whole. We are hoping to offer individual cuts starting fall of 2026.
